Corporate Florals & Hybrid Styling
An industry forum runs on a program of sessions with seated meals or breaks between them. That structure divides the décor brief in two: the room needs a defined front where the program happens, and the tables need something that holds up for guests sitting at them for an hour at a time.
The arch handled the room-scale element. The centerpieces combined floral material with balloon design, which is a different proposition from either on its own — flowers bring texture and a natural silhouette at close range, balloons bring color and volume that stays consistent through a long day.
Red, white and blue tied both elements to a single palette, so the tables and the arch read as one scheme rather than two decisions made separately.
