Privacy Policy

This policy covers balloondecor.pro, the corporate events site for Balloon Décor. It describes what the site collects, why, where it goes and how to have it removed. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

The corporate event request form asks for five things, all of which you type yourself: your name, your email address, the event date, the event address or venue, and the event details you choose to share.

Submitted alongside those fields, automatically: the page you were on when you submitted the form, the referring website if your browser sent one, and any UTM or gclid campaign parameters present in the URL. Our server also records the time of submission, the IP address the request came from and the browser user-agent string.

Nothing else is requested. The form does not ask for a phone number, a company address, payment details or any special category of personal information, and you should not include information in the details field that you would not want handled as described below.

Your name and email address are how our team replies to you. The event date, address and details are what make it possible to answer at all — availability, installation requirements and the proposal itself all depend on them.

The page, referrer and campaign parameters tell us which part of the site produced the enquiry, so we know which pages are useful. The submission time, IP address and user-agent are used to operate the form: a submission is rejected if it arrives faster than a person could realistically type, if it fills a hidden field that only automated software fills in, or if the same address submits repeatedly in a short period. This is spam control, not profiling.

Each submission is emailed to info@balloondecor.org, the Balloon Décor corporate enquiries inbox, using a third-party email delivery provider. The email is sent with your address as the reply-to, so a reply reaches you directly.

The same submission is also written to a stored record on the server. This exists so that a failure in email delivery does not lose your enquiry. It means your enquiry is held in two places: our email inbox and that stored record.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you and for the ordinary business record of quotes and events, and are deleted on request. Balloon Décor does not sell enquiry data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not use it for marketing lists.

This site may use standard web analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and how the site performs. Analytics of this kind involve cookies or similar identifiers set by the analytics provider, and are used to read totals and trends rather than to identify individual visitors.

You can block or clear these through your browser settings or a content blocker, and the site remains fully usable if you do.

Email info@balloondecor.org from the address you used, or call 650-333-8937, and ask for your enquiry to be sent to you or deleted. It will be removed from the stored record and from the enquiries inbox.

No account or login is involved on this site, so there is nothing else attached to your name to remove.

Balloon Décor makes no claim to hold a privacy certification, seal or formal compliance attestation under any regime. Where a privacy law gives you rights over information a business holds about you, this policy does not limit them, and the contact route above is how to exercise them with us.

If this policy changes, the revision date at the top of the page changes with it.
